Singles 8-Ball League / Handicapped races

Player handicap will be determined by utilizing any data available such as HIPL / BCA / USAPL. Player and League director will discuss and agree on handicap prior to play. After 4 games a win / loss bias modifier will go into effect. Modifier will be at 75% or more add 1 / 25% or less minus 1. Your rank is LOCKED for the summer unless a win / loss bias is in effect.

All players will be ranked by Points followed by your win %. Point system as follows:

• 1 point for each game won

• 3-point bonus for winning the match

$9 fee weekly fee. Weekly updates will be posted for all monies collected.

• $2 per player to Legion for table fees

• $7 per player goes to end of season tournament jackpot

 

The tournament will consist of the top ranked 20 players with at least 5 weeks of play to qualify.  Double elimination style with race to 3 on winner’s bracket and race to 2 on loser’s bracket. Your rank by the end of the season will decide your spot in the bracket.

Example payout end of season tournament payout:

10 players x $7 x 10 weeks = $700 : 1st = $350 / 2nd = $210 / 3rd + MVP = $70 each

15 players x $7 x 10 weeks = $1050 : 1st = $525 / 2nd = $315 / 3rd + MVP = $105 each

20 players x $7 x 10 weeks = $1400 : 1st = $700 / 2nd = $420 / 3rd + MVP = $140 each
